Alphabet Buttons Stopped Working in Contacts

Hi, everyone,

Sometime in the last few weeks, the alphabet buttons in Contacts no longer work. We have several hundred contacts, but when I push any letter, I get only a series of numbers on the page. Here's the screencast:

I'm running Firefox 3.0.3 on WindowsXP. My colleague, also using XP, has the same issue on his computer.

Can someone help?
