Also Can't Enable IMAP

I de-activated IMAP on a number of accounts this morning for therobbinsgroup.com, and now can't re-enable it for those accounts.

Same thing happens -- After activating IMAP and getting the success message, I refresh the page and it appears again NOT ACTIVE.

Can you please resolve? Thank you.
