Hi,

I posted this in another string but received no reply, so thought it might have gone unseen.

I am having the same problem as other users on this forum, re: I can send, but not receive emails. I have adjusted my MX records as suggested in your help pages:

If you are able to send using your domain based email address in Zoho, but not receive emails, you need to modify the MX Records of your domain to point to Zoho. The two records that need to be added to receive emails are listed below:

Is there something else that I am missing? (My domain name is with GoDaddy, and GoDaddy help suggested I contact zoho with this problem. They also told me to leave the GoDaddy records in my my MX records at GoDaddy (where I have also added the zoho.com records.) Could this be the problem?
