Alternate Accounts... for security... and the "Old Version".
You are not answering my question:
HOW DOES A PERSON CHANGE THE "SECURITY VERIFICATION EMAIL ACCOUNT" ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ZOHO ACCOUNT?
You know... the "other" email account that is "not a ZOHO account" you make your users use in order to open one of your accounts?
Do I really have to explain it any more clearly? Are you not familiar with the process?
Furthermore, I switched to ZOHO because I preferred your service over other email services.
If we are required to have an alternate email service apart from ZOHO just to verify security with our ZOHO account, that renders your service dependent, weak, and eventually obsolete.
It is unwise to tie your email service to your competitions.

When I became aware of ZOHO email service I was impressed with its layout and its features, so much so It was my intention to eliminate all my other email accounts associated with your competition... Outlook, Gmail, AOL, ect.
If your service requires I keep another service, that is a hindrance, and I don't need that. Your interface is not enough by comparison in that case.
And the overall appearance and navigation of your service has dramatically been complicated since the "old version".
I'll likely not be using your service for much longer as it is still my intention to decrease the number of accounts I possess.
