We are trying to automate all our document creation in Zoho CRM, like addresses labels and other kind of PDFs. The integrated Mail merge/fusion in Zoho CRM isn't good enough since it doesn't allow you to do mail merge in "Accounts" and you can't do either "Mail merge" or "Document fusion" in "Quotes". 

We found about WebMerge but we wind it really expensive for our needs.

Are we not using the integrated merging tool correctly? Is there another software/tool that can do what we are trying to achieve?
