Am always getting error while trying to get a domain name from zoho

Top of the day admin.

I have been trying to purchase a domain name but all to no avail.

i am 100% sure of my credit card information but each time i tried, its always saying i used a wrong zip code or address.

please advice on the solutions to this problem thanks
