Am I just too stupid ?

Ok, I'm checking the mail for my business, here's what I've done and why I'm confused;

setup the account.
added the domain
changed the mx records
created a user acount
and a few other things including setup migration and get an email saying migration is done.

this has been done now for 2 hours, here's what I can't do

collect via imap

find the place where my user should login to read their email

Perhaps I made a mistake using the free option to test ? but although I see some great work with help files the does seem a few basic pointers missing like - You admin here and you user get their mail here
