Am not receiving email from certain email address even after whitelisting

Hi there!

I have a script on a webpage that sends me an email with an attachment. However, the email does not arrive in my inbox. (if I have it sent to my gmail address, it arrives fine). I added the domain to the whitelisting option.. however.. still nothing.

Anyone any idea how to fix this?
