Dear Zoho Community,
Thank you for the clarification regarding the Amazon FBA integration, default warehouse, and GSTIN mapping in Zoho Inventory. I understand that Zoho currently supports only one warehouse for Amazon FBA, and that all FBA orders are automatically linked to the default warehouse and its associated GSTIN.
However, I would like to know if there is any supported method or workaround to handle invoice reconciliation under different GSTINs, especially in cases where reporting is required under another GST location.
I would like to highlight the following:
I am on a paid plan, with the expectation of automated and accurate reconciliation, especially for tax compliance.
For the past two months, I have raised this issue multiple times with Zoho Support, but unfortunately have not received a clear resolution.
The manual workarounds currently suggested are not feasible for our business operations and do not align with the capabilities expected from a platform offering automation.
Request for clarification:
Is there any supported workaround for reconciling GSTIN per invoice in Amazon FBA orders within Zoho Inventory?
If not, is there a timeline or roadmap for when multi-GSTIN support for Amazon FBA orders will be made available?
This issue is affecting our compliance reporting and operational efficiency. I request that this matter be treated as a priority.
