Amazon.in FBA multiple warehouse integration with Zoho Inventory

My organisation subscribed to Zoho One looking at the opportunity to integrate Amazon.in with Inventory. But during the configuration, we understood the integration has severe limitations when it involves multiple warehouses in the same Organisation.

On checking with Zoho Support it is understood that the integration lacks this capability. Sales team had not shared the product limitation with us and our partner was also not aware. I am stranded because of the misselling.

I believe Amazon.in multiple FBA integration is a critical requirement for many other Zoho customers in this community. I would like to bring them together and get the Zoho team to fastrack this development. The latest communication that I have from the Zoho support is below.

Dated 4-Sep-24. "I wanted to reach out for the ongoing feature enhancement request. As per our conversation earlier in the initial phase we forwarded the requirement to the development team to incorporate multiple FBA warehouse integration enhancement to the current Amazon and Zoho Inventory integration. But unfortunately it is taking longer than expected for the integration development due to some hiccups and we are not able to commit to a timeline for the feature. We understand your concern, and appreciate you for your patience on this front. We are constantly in touch with the Amazon team to make the requirements possible but due to a few constraints we are not in a position to commit to a specific timeline as mentioned earlier as well in the initial conversation."
