In Australia as does much of the world outside north America, we create our invoices with products that are tax inclusive then calculate our GST afterwards. By default Zoho CRM is setup to create invoices based on a tax exclusive and then adds on GST.
Is there any way to change the settings for invoice calculations to be based on the Australian model if invoicing?
