Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
Under my admin panel, our company CEO account is blocked. When I try to unblock it, it says I need to have a paid account. This is extremely disruptive to our business. We are an Clean-tech R&D firm, why on earth would our CEO account be blocked without ANY notification?
