An important announcement for Zoho Campaigns' Pay as You Go plan users

Note: This announcement is for those who purchased our Pay as You Go plan before October 19, 2022. 


Zoho Campaigns has three paid plans: Standard, Professional, and Pay as You Go. The Standard and Professional plans are based on the number of contacts you want to manage. The Pay as You Go plan helps you send emails based on credits without a monthly or annual subscription.

 

The Standard plan was separated from the Professional plan—the best edition of Campaigns—only by automation features. The recent launch of our own SMS gateway has given the balance to better distribute features between the Standard and Professional plans. This also means we have to revamp the feature composition of the Pay as You Go plan.

 

Please note that the changes we're going to discuss apply to you only during the next renewal of your Pay as You Go plan—be it an increase or decrease in email credits.


 What changes now?  

We're changing the plan's composition by removing a few features. However, you'll still be able to send out email campaigns as per the pricing model: one email per credit.

 

Here's the list of features that'll be removed:

 

  • Pop-up forms 
  • Contact tags 
  • Compare email campaigns 
  • Dynamic content
