An interesting situation that requires suggestions/ solutions

Suppose I am working in a real estate development company, and I have enquiries which I treat as "potentials" in the CRM. Now, I want to take 10 customers together for a site visit on a Sunday, my question is how do I make an activity as "site visit" and record it for all the ten potentials without repeating the process 10 times? CRM should have a facility where I "Create" an activity and it should prompt me to select the participating "Potentials". Is such feature available or is there any other suggestion from anyone on this issue.
