I'd like to be able to produce a report where I can see the time spend (average, median, max and min) for every stage in potentials.

Right now, I have the problem of only being able to produce a report that gives me the time spent on the present stage of the potential.

The goal is to be able to measure the efficiency of the sales team on which stages they spent most of their time (or less).

I want to identify which stages are the bottles necks and which aren't.

I know I can see the time spend per stage in each potential individually, but I'd like to see it globally.
