We have started to use the Automation - Workflows functionality within Zoho Campaigns to nurture our Zoho CRM Leads. For example: When a new Lead meeting certain criteria is created in Zoho CRM, it is added to a Segment within Zoho Campaigns. Upon entering that segment, it goes through a series of steps we have created in Zoho Campaigns Automation --> Workflows that determine which emails the lead is sent at various frequencies until the lead is converted or it comes to the end of our Workflow path.

In Zoho Analytics. we have added Zoho Campaigns as a Data Source within our Zoho CRM Workspace and I was hoping  / expecting to be able to analyse the various Zoho Campaigns Workflows within Zoho Analytics, for example: Counts of the number of leads reaching each step of the Workflow.

However, I cannot see any data fields within the Zoho Campaigns data within Zoho Analytics relating to our workflows.

Am I missing it? Does Zoho Campaign Workflow data get brought into Zoho Analytics?
