Analytics Components: Not all related modules are showing up in module selection

First just to be clear what I mean by "Analytics Components": in Zoho CRM, on the Analytics tab, adding a new Component -- those widgets you can add to a dashboard.

We have Accounts associated with a custom module called Sales Records. (Because we just have mail orders from a distributor, we don't use the Deals/Quotes/Invoices/etc system that Zoho sets up by default.)

We run reports against Accounts + Sales Records all the time -- e.g. all the accounts with orders in the last 30 days. In reports, if we are creating a new report and select Sales Records as the module, Accounts (along with most other modules) shows up in the list under "Select Related Modules":

However, when we create a new Analytics Component -- which seems like it should be pulling on the exact same set of data and data relationships, right? -- Accounts is not available as a related module:

How do we create an Analytics Component that pulls in data from both our custom Sales Records module and the Accounts module?

(For the record: If we select Accounts as the main module, Sales Records isn't available as a related module in either Reports or Analytics Components. That hasn't been a problem with Reports since we just do the reverse instead.)
