Analytics on CRM Mobile App not working

Analytics on CRM Mobile App not working

We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link ( https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Only the text lists show up, but none the graphic reports. How can we visualize this information/reports?
