I'm attempting to use Analytics Permalinks / Embed urls to deliver some charts and dashboards to a page on our site. My issue is the time it takes for the embeded dashboards to update once the underlying data is changed (either via API, import of new data, or manual editing in Zoho Analytics).

It can take up to 20-30 minutes before the charts refresh. During this time, as you select different chart types on the embeded dashboard, some of the charts will reflect the changed underlying data, while others still have the old data. And it seems like they eventually all get updated with the new data, but it takes very long. In the meantime, the information on the Dashboard is "wrong" and would not be good for our users. I've tried many different methods to identify what causes this (different browsers, different data types, large / small record counts etc.. etc..).

Also, in Zoho Analytics itself, there seems to be two refresh options at the top. The first (arrow - circle icon) does not do anything to refresh the dashboard (after making changes to underlying data) for a long time. The second, a note saying the last time the data was updated, allows you to click on it. And doing so does actually refresh the data right away (permalinks don't seem to have this selection, only the refresh icon, which does not update the chart / dashboard with new data changes).

Can you please tell me if this is expected functionality? Or has anyone else run into this issue? Because for the amount of $, and the claim it is real time updating of charts, our organization cannot continue with this product if this feature that's critical to what we need it for to serve out accurate chart info.
