I need to send reports out to business users in the middle of the day and at day end.  These need to be sent with performance as of specific times of day 1pm and 7pm.  I can set the CRM data to refresh every 6 hours but as it takes 11 minutes to update, by the time one has completed, the next refresh is already late.  I have to manually refresh the data twice a day, every day, to ensure the reports are sent out correctly.

Could you enable clients to set a specific data sync TIME as opposed to frequency?
