Analyzing potentials pipeline - is it possible to create a report stating how many potentials drop off/are lost after which stage?

Hi,

I want to check how many potentials turn into lost after each stage. I want to calculate the probabilities of winning a deal for each stage. How can I obtain such data?

Example of what I'd like to see:
- proposal - 40% are lost after this stage
- negotiation - 20% are lost after this stage
etc.
