I've got a question about an unexpected results when creating a report.

I've created a report to find campaigns that contain a particular string in the campaign name. I create two filter criteria using Campaign Name to find two different strings in it.

When I use the OR logic in the report it returns, as expected, records that contain both of the desired strings. However, and this is the unexpected part, when I use AND logic on the same filter it returns NO results. This is unexpected because, as displayed in the image below, there are records that contain BOTH of the desired strings.

I've tried different report types and different ways of using the campaigns module but it doesn't change anything.

What is going on here? Is this a bug? Is this a limitation of Zoho? Am I doing something incorrectly? Is my intuition incorrect as to what AND logic is expected to do?

This image is a record that is returned from using OR logic. If you refer to the image below you'll see the search string criteria. As you can see this record fulfills both criteria.

This is the criteria that is using the AND logic. It returns zero results. When I change this to OR logic it returns results.
