Android and Out Look Failure

I am new to Zoho.  Iam trying to set u my Android Device (Using the Exchange) - I followed the instructions, but after Step 7, I keep getting an authentication failure.  Also I tried setting up my IMAP account in outlook - again a failure.  Could this be tied into the two step authentication?  If so, how do I fix this? HELP!!!
