Android "Error while authenticating (User not active)

Android "Error while authenticating (User not active)

My mail is hosted at Zoho and webmail works fine for all accounts.  The Android client on some accounts is flashing an error on sign in "Android "Error while authenticating (User not active).  On the control panel all my accounts status are green.  Why won't some accounts properly authenticate?-Ray
