Android microsoft exachange directions not working for me...imap already enabled.

I've followed the directions... on the site and its still saying cannot connect to server.  I can send from zoho online to my gmail desktop client and back to zoho online, but can't get the phone set up...help.  Printing biz cards and need to know this will work reliably before committing to the print.
