I require notification on special annual dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc).

I know that years ago this was not possible with the "professional" subscription.  Odd because any professional with actual customers would need this as a minimum in CRM functionality.  Back then it seemed that you were "working" on something that would fix this strange limitation.

Has this been accomplished?  If so how can I perform the function?  If not how can I move forward with Zoho?
