Hello,

We cannot get SalesIQ to send automatically or mannually a chat transcript.  We have tested it with personal emails and looked in the the spam folders.  We are able to send emails from Desk and from CRM.  We are also not getting any reports such as "Weekly report" under setting, global settings, email configurations.

Any thoughts?
