CRM Canvas detail view now includes tasks, calls, meetings, services, and appointments!

We're excited to introduce the latest update for Zoho CRM—Canvas!

With Canvas, you now have the power to personalize how you view and interact with your CRM data. Whether you're customizing record detail pages, list views, or redesigning how you collect and create records, Canvas offers a flexible, drag-and-drop interface that makes it easy. You can reposition fields, add colors, background images, gradient effects, and more, giving you a truly customized experience.

Also, we’ve expanded the list of supported modules for the Canvas record detail view. You can now customize the appearance of activity-related data like tasks, calls, meetings, as well as services and appointments.

Newly Canvas supported modules:

  • Services
  • Appointments

Additional changes:
Services and Appointment modules now support Canvas list views and Canvas rules.
