Trident for macOS has quite a few new features that will enhance your communication and productivity. Let's take a quick look at them.
Creating and editing email filters
You can now create and edit custom email filters in Trident to automatically sort your incoming and outgoing emails and automate email-centric actions based on predefined conditions. This reduces inbox clutter and makes it easier to organise your mailbox and prioritise important emails.
Setting outbox delay
You can now set an outbox delay in Trident to ensure emails remain in your outbox for the set time before they're actually sent. This gives you the chance to correct any mistakes you spot after you click Send.
Creating tasks via Smart Assistant
Earlier, you could create, edit, and delete tasks only from the Tasks module in Trident. In this release, we've introduced the option to create personal and group tasks using the Smart Assistant.
Editing channel information
Now, you can edit the channel information any time after creating a channel if you're the super admin, admin, or moderator.
Setting the first day of the week
The first day of the calendar week differs across geographies and cultural practices. With the "First Day of the Week" setting, you can customise the Calendar view according to your work schedule and easily plan your events and meetings.

Multi-selecting emails in conversation mode
To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:
From the system menu bar, click Help.
Select Send Feedback.
In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
Once ready, click Submit.
