Trident for macOS (V.1.4.0) is here with new features that will enhance your email experience and productivity. Let's take a quick look at them.
Configuring out-of-office replies
When you're away from the office, like on a vacation or a business trip, you can set up an out-of-office response to automatically notify people that you won't be able to reply to their emails right away.
Creating email signatures
You can now create one or more personalized signatures and associate them with the email account of your choice. These will be automatically added to your emails and replies.
Customizing marking emails as read
You can now choose to mark emails as read as soon as you open them, after a few seconds, upon viewing another email, or manually by customizing your Mail Settings.
Scrubbing emails
To help you keep a clutter-free inbox, we now have the Scrub option so you can bulk archive or delete emails from multiple senders.
Sorting channels
Besides viewing all of the channels you've created and are a part of in the chat launcher tab, you can now sort them by channel types, recent messages, or unread chats.
Introducing the board view for tasks
You can now list your tasks in the board view and easily update the task details via drag-and-drop.
Sharing WorkDrive files with contacts via Smart Flow
You can now drag and drop your contacts from the list view or their reporting managers from the detail view to the WorkDrive widget and give them access to view the file of your choice.
To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
Open Trident.
In the system menu bar, click Trident.
Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

Open Trident.
From the system menu bar, click Help.
Select Send Feedback.
