This release includes a collection of enhancements and feature updates aimed at making your email and collaboration experience smoother. Let’s dive into what’s new!

Zoho Desk Smart Mail is now supported on Trident for Windows. You can now view live Zoho Desk ticket data directly within email notifications triggered by Desk, including ticket title, owner, status, and due dates. 

You can now choose Zoho Cliq Meeting as a conference platform when creating calendar events in Trident, joining the existing lineup of supported platforms. The auto-generated meeting link is shared with all attendees via email and chat, so everyone can join with ease right from their invite.

In addition to these features, you can now open WorkDrive files directly in the browser from the file preview in Trident. We've also expanded Trident's availability to the Singapore and UAE data centers.

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:

1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

If you haven’t already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

To submit your feedback directly through the app, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.

2. Select Feedback.

3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.

4. Once you’re ready, click Submit.
