Announcing the extended availability of features in Zoho CRM
We have recently extended the availability of some of our existing features. Enjoy the following benefits from now on!
Zoho Support Integration
This feature, which was available only in the Enterprise Edition, has now been extended to the Standard and Professional Editions of Zoho CRM also. With this integration, support tickets handled in Zoho Support can be contextually viewed along with the other details of the customer within CRM.
Data Backup
From now on, you can enjoy 2 free data backups per month in paid editions. If you want more data backups, you can always get by paying $10 per request.
Mobile Edition of Zoho CRM: Free for all
The Mobile Edition allows you to do a lot of CRM functions on the go such as adding tasks, notes, events to leads and contacts, updating records, importing and exporting contacts from mobile device to CRM app, calling or sending emails to contacts.
From now on the Mobile Edition of Zoho CRM, without any limitation is available free of cost for all the users. Administrators of your account can choose to enable or disable the mobile edition, as required.
Introducing Merge fields for Tasks in Workflow and Macro
Workflow Tasks and Macros will now have Merge Fields support to help you choose a dynamic value for a task’s Subject field.
For example, you are assigning a task to a sales rep. The task requires the sales rep to send a training email to a contact when an associated potential is closed. Here, the potential amount and closing date varies with each potential. In such a case, merge fields support comes in handy.
You can simply select the appropriate merge fields and insert them in the subject’s template. When this task is executed, Zoho CRM will fetch the dynamic value and insert it to the subject.
File Storage
File storage for your organization has been extended. Following is the revised storage space for each edition.
- Free – 1 GB
- Standard – 1 GB plus 512 MB/ user license
- Professional – 1 GB plus 512 MB/ user license
- Enterprise – 1 GB plus 1 GB/ user license.
So if you are on the Enterprise Edition of Zoho CRM with 5 users on board, you enjoy a total of 6 GB (1+5)
storage space for your organization.
