Announcing Zoho Recruit's Tweet Chat!
Hello all!
We are thrilled to host our first Twitter chat, which will be held on Wednesday, June 12 on Twitter (@zohorecruit)
The Future of Recruiting In The Age of Automation And AI | Zoho Recruit
“Artificial intelligence is here to stay”.
This has been the catchphrase for almost every recruiting article you’ve gone through in the past year.
AI is expected to be a faster and more efficient alternative for companies to employ as a part of their HR efforts. Automating many of the responsibilities that are time-consuming and arduous for workers helps recruiters focus on what matters the most. But what do automation and artificial intelligence have in store for the future of recruitment? Are the organizations ready to embrace the change? How equipped are they to design their digital future?
In our Tweet Chat, you'll answer the following questions:
- How can we leverage automation in recruitment to improve the candidate experience?
- How frequent will company hiring cycles be with automation and AI in the picture?
- With the rise of the machines, will AI replace recruiters?
- Is there fear of job losses due to an increase in automation and AI?
- How will the recruitment industry change over the next 10 years?
- With the changing role of human recruiters, what are some key skills needed to be successful tomorrow?
Here are a few steps to help you with the Tweet Chat:
- We included the questions we'll cover above for your reference. This way, you can have the answers ready, knowing they'll fit within the character limit (280 characters) along with the hashtag #ZohoRecruitChat
