We know you’ve been waiting for this one. It has always been the top priority on our roadmap to provide a single native desktop app for macOS and Windows that works both online and offline.

Today, we are excited to announce that the Zoho Sheet desktop apps (Beta version) for macOS and Windows is ready for you to download. Install the app and start working ion your spreadsheets right away, including MS Excel formats.

Simply launch the app and create a new sheet or open and edit local files immediately without a sign in process. You only need to sign in to your existing account or create a new one when you're ready to move a local file to the cloud or access cloud documents.

Work on device files like.csv, .tsv, .txt, and Excel (.xlsx) without internet. You can draft files locally and choose to save them either on your device or on the cloud.

Existing local files can also be imported to the cloud as required while continuing to work locally if preferred.

No more switching views. Local and cloud files are visible in a single, consolidated listing.

Experience faster loading time, smooth scrolling, easy navigation with familiar keyboard shortcuts, and a responsive interface.

Move your sheets to the cloud to enable real-time collaboration with other users and commenting. Stay in control with varied access permissions. While we currently support Zoho Workdrive, we will expand our cloud storage integrations soon.
