Annoying "cannot connect to messaging server" message and can't submit ticket

Annoying "cannot connect to messaging server" message and can't submit ticket

In the last few days I've started to get the message above. I didn't opt in to this service and don't want it. I'm the database owner and can't find any way to get rid of this message, which covers the set up tab. In addition I've just tried to create a ticket for this and Zoho gives me a message "no such user" even though I'm logged in the CRM. This is poor and very frustrating.
