Another way to limit the number of options for a range of numbers than using pick list method?

Hi, I would like to limit the range of numbers a user can select for a pick list, e.g. 0 to 3.

I have implemented this using the pick list option, but find that I can't plot the charts I want in Zoho Analytics, because a pick list item is a text data type, not a number data type.

Is there another way to implement this restriction?
