Answering a customer case (trial version)

Hello,

I am trying Zoho CRM using the free version. I cannot find the "reply per email" on a case.

A case is created for a specific customer and notes are added. 
I now want to reply to this customer with an answer. The only way I can do that (as far as I see) is by clicking on the email address of the customer contact.

That opens an email window. But the subject and the body of the message is empty.
I want to populate the subject field with the case number and case description.
I want to populate the body field with the notes of the case so that the customer knows what I am replying to.

Is there a way to do this, because it would make life much easier for the support agents.
