ANTI-SPAM BLOCKING ALL SORTS OF NON-SPAM EMAILS
Several months ago zoho's anti-spam filter was blocking critical emails that I needed to receive. It kept blocking those emails even after I had specifically marked the addresses as "NOT-SPAM". Finally, I disabled the spam blocker altogether. NOW, once again numerous emails are being blocked that are not spam. And even when I mark the email as NOT-SPAM in the spam folder, zoho mail will not move the email to my inbox and continues to put emails in my spam folder that ARE NOT SPAM.
WHY IS THE SPAM FILTER RE-ENABLED? I NEVER DID THIS.
WHY WILL ZOHO MAIL NOT MOVE THE EMAILS THAT I SPECIFICALLY MARY AS NOT-SPAM INTO MY INBOX??
Here is what is happening: I can't find an email that I am expecting. I finally look in the spam folder and there is the email. At the top of the folder it says "20 emails." I mark numerous emails as not spam. At the top of the folder, it now says "15 emails" (as an example). I go to my inbox. The emails I have marked as NOT-SPAM are still not there. I go back to the Spam folder - once again at the top, the folder says "20 emails" and the emails that I have specifically marked as NOT-SPAM are still in the folder!!!!
This is getting ridiculous. Please DISABLE MY SPAM FILTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
