Anti-Spam whitelist/blacklists not working correctly

Anti-Spam whitelist/blacklists not working correctly

Hi I have a number of emails that come in from my fishing club. They are watched forum notifications. The domain is in my Domain Whitelist and the specific email address is in the Email Whitelist. However... every day I find all of the emails from that domain/email address in my Spam Box. and every single day I have to go to the Spam Box and select those emails and click Not Spam. So I get the mail in my INBOX and a new entry gets added to the Email whitelist, thus creating pages and pages of entries, none of which apparently have any effect.

This is just ludicrous.
  1. If I whitelist the domain and/or email address one time, that is supposed to guarantee my receiving these emails in my INBOX forever
  2. If fishingclub.com is on some sort of "bad guy" list in your system, then my settings must override yours as I (a competent, thinking human) know what emails I need to see. It is not your place to contradict my choices.
  3. When I add a contact to the Email whitelist it stops me from making a duplicate entry. The Anti-Spam filter should do the same thing -- not create duplicate entries. If it can tell when I'm making a duplicate entry, it should be smart enough to catch itself making duplicate entries
I don't want the Anti-Spam filter turned off, I just want it to work as advertised in the Help Doc:

Spam mails can be very annoying and at the same time finding an important mail in spam can also be equally annoying. Our spam mechanism works extensively to identify and classify the spam mail. Still if you find that some of the genuine email land in spam, you can avoid it by adding the sender email to White listed email or the entire domain to the White list domains, if you trust the entire domain.

On the contrary, if you find that a particular domain or email address, always sends you spam mails but are delivered to your Inbox by mistake, you can add them to black-list. So any email from the listed domain or email address will be sent to Spam.

You can classify a domain or an email address as White-list or Black-list based on your preference.

Don't get me wrong... I like the Anti-Spam filter for the most part. But I don't have time to fool around with the SPAM box every single day just to get my special emails. Please either fix it or explain why I don't get to have a say in what's not spam in my email world. And believe me... I can't think of any good reason why you should override my choices.

Thank you for an otherwise awesome service (not just mail, but all the apps).
