Any client email sent from Gmail takes one day to arrive

Thank you very much for allowing my company to use your service for multiple years.

It recently came to my attention that any email sent from Gmail takes approximately a day to arrive in my inbox.
We've tested other email platforms and they arrive within the 3 to 7 minute window as mentioned in other Messageboard threads.

I've looked at my settings and I'm not sure what I can do on my end.
Please let me know what can be done to solve the problem.
