Any easy way to share fields between Leads and Contacts?

Any easy way to share fields between Leads and Contacts?

I'm trying to have some pick lists and other fields in the Leads be consistent with the fields in the Contacts.

Is there any easy way to copy fields over, or do I have to manually recreate all the lists and fields?
