I want to configure a CRM for use as a real estate agent. I want to keep the four main sales modules (Contacts, Leads, Deals, and Accounts), but rename and re-use them in accordance with real estate scena

Leads would still be leads and contacts would still be contacts. I would change Deals to Prospects and Accounts to Deals.

The idea being that "Accounts" (as Zoho calls it; I would re-name this to "Deals) would be contracts that we have signed with sellers to list their houses, or sellers that we are showing houses to. 

After the sale is finished (or falls through) the "Account" would then be converted back into a Prospect.

Is there any issue or conflict that is likely to arise? The one problem I see is that the "Accounts" module has a business name, which of course we don't have in B2C sales.
