Hello, I'm becoming a big fan of Zoho's awesome integration and have been spreading good words throughout the tech blogs.

Anyways, I've tried setting up a client on Zoho CRM about a year ago and it wasn't successful. The learning curve was difficult for client and we moved onto a simpler solution such as Highrise and Batchbook. I've gone that route myself, and have recommended others do the same.

Does Zoho have any plans to add features to the Contacts app, or create something that's very similar to Highrise and Batchbook. I've used Basecamp, Backpack, and Freshbooks and your apps that compete with these are very similar, if not better. However, the lack of a "happy medium" CRM is the reason I don't move to Zoho.Your Contacts app is not sufficient enough to use as a contact manager. I need something to Batchbook/Highrise.

Your single sign on and integration between apps is plenty reason to switch to Zoho, but as of right now, your CRM solution stops me. I really hope you consider this I would easily move myself and my clients over to Zoho.
