I would be nice to be able to pull up a list of names from Zoho people when adding staff to a project and Zoho CRM when adding customers. Similarly, it would be nice to be able to see what projects have been done for a particular company from Zoho CRM and what projects an employee has worked on from within Zoho People without having to manually enter that info.

Zoho has a number of great products, but one area of improvement is that it needs to more seamlessly integrate the different products.
