Any software developers use Zoho Bug Tracker? Care to share your workflows and any feedback?

I see two serious problems with running software development projects in Zoho Projects + its subordinate Zoho Bug Tracker add-on:

1. Issues (Zoho Bug Tracker records) cannot have time estimates, so they can't feed into the overall time estimates for the project. (ZBT does have "Affected Milestone" and "Release Milestone" fields and we really need these. But we need them in "tasks" too — not just in "issues".

2. Tasks (Zoho Projects records) cannot have "Affected Milestone" and "Release Milestone" fields. Bug Tracker issues do have these two fields and we find them critical for keeping track of what version of a product a problem report applies to and which version we a) plan to fix it in, or b) are currently fixing it in, or c) did fix it in. Tasks do have time estimates as part of them, which is really important.

Is anyone actually running software development operations with Zoho Projects? Do you use Zoho Bug Tracker too? How do you keep the things above from being problems? Maybe you have one "project" per development project? That could help a little, but it introduces other problems for us.
