Any way to have two possible titles for "Resolution" in customer portal?
Hi, I really like that when a resolution is posted by an agent, that resolution comment sticks to the very top of all the comments in the customer portal. But there are times when we give a final reply to a customer that we also want it to float/freeze just like a resolution but unfortunately, it wouldn't be a resolution as we haven't solved the issue. But we want it to show just like a resolution where the user can see it at the very top of the ticket. Any way to do this? See attached of what resolution comment looks like. Would like same thing but for it to say "Denied" or "Request Denied" when we can't resolve it. Any way I can make that work?
