Any way to modify/ add fields to the Time Logs form?

Hi, I would like to be able to add some fields to the time log form.  I bill a client in addition to tying it to a project, so I would like to add an account from CRM as well as add standardized work codes/ descriptions.  Is there a way to modify this form to accomplish this?  I saw ways to customize other forms, but this one doesn't seem to be in the list.
