I'm having some trouble with the sharing of emails in Zoho CRM. Some of my users have to tick a checkbox for "Share Emails" in the email detail of the Contact. If they don't check this box, then no one else in the organization will be able to see the emails. We have mail add-on licenses for all of our users. Is there any way, as an administrator, to just set a users emails to be shared by default? I've tried using data sharing rules but these don't seem to apply to emails. Some users (I believe just the administrators) don't even have this "Share Emails" tick box available so it seems like there is some way to toggle it.
