Anyone having Mail delivery (Delay)?? but with sent items

Anyone having Mail delivery (Delay)?? but with sent items

Hey guys,

Since 2 weeks i have been with this same problem hoping zoho to solve the issue, they sent me a response but it was not clear. I have many clients under this email and has been a headache.

Do you have this "delay error" not recieving but sending emails? Specially Gmail, outlook.com or yahoo? 
Both platforms local and web email...

I sent a test mail to my accounts on gmail and outlook.com today 2 hours ago, they both got delayed and then i got the mail notification.

Can you clarify if this has to do with all that is happening right now?
