Anyone switched from Hubspot to Zoho CRM?
Our small business has been using Hubspot for several years. We are just using their Marketing Starter plan for about $140 / month. We integrate Hubspot with Call Tracking Metrics so inbound calls auto-create contacts within Hubspot. Sales leads (mostly callers from google ads) are managed in Hubspot.
Our frustration is every little thing we want to do to improve our workflow or processes within HubSpot requires upgrading to their Professional version at $1000 - $1600 / month!
Have you switched from Hubspot for similar reasons and what has been your experience moving to Zoho?
Any feedback from those of you who have used both HubSpot and Zoho is appreciated.
